The villa "Carritx" is in many respects the claim to one all around relaxing holiday in an aesthetic atmosphere. In an idyllic way, the property welcomes its guests into a very friendly and tasteful atmosphere. A cosy atmosphere, charming hedges as well as all sorts of other Mediterranean plants characterise the lawn and terraces, the podium and the moors, the welcoming outdoor ambience.
Here you simply come and feel at home. Varied furniture in different places offers the possibility to look for a new favourite place and relax there, whether it is partly covered in the chic poly-rattan chairs or in the completely covered terrace part on the super comfortable sofas or at the dining table, together to dine outside. For those who want to you can organise culinary BBQs whilst enjoying the delicious fresh ingredients from the region. The pool is tiled with pretty blue mosaic tiles and accessible via a wide staircase. Depending on whether you are traveling with small children or not, the owners of the villa can set up a safety gate around the pool - choose the right version for you. Plenty of relaxation under the deep blue Mediterranean sky can be enjoyed on the comfortable sun loungers on the pool terrace.

The house is spread over two levels and is characterised by a very cosy flair. Bright walls, exposed beam ceilings, passages that are imposing in places, wooden windows and unobtrusive tiles form the frame for carefully chosen furniture, fabrics and decoration. On the ground floor there is an open living / dining room and the connected open kitchen. The sofa area, which is designed for relaxation, has a fireplace that provides a more comfortable, cosy atmosphere on cooler evenings. In addition, a TV has been installed to provide entertainment, if you wish to use it. In the dining area you can all eat together at the long table. Practically, the kitchen is next door, only loosely separated by a small counter. Here you will find everything you need for your daily needs, including a kettle and filter coffee machine. Another small lounge offers the luxury of an additional relaxation space, so you can find a quite place even when the home has reached full occupancy. A TV is also placed here. The bedrooms which are stylishly and individually designed form the ideal basis for a restful night's sleep. There are a total of two beds of 1,50 x 2,00 m and two with the dimensions 0,90 x 2,00 m. The bathrooms have modern design and high-quality installations. Iron and hairdryer are provided in the house and do not have to be brought along.

The villa is quietly located about 150 m from the highway connecting Can Picafort and Santa Margalida. This gives it an enviable position when it comes to being well connected, whilst also bestowing a sense of well-being. In just 10 minutes you can reach various beaches of the wide bay of Alcúdia, such as Playa de Muro, Can Picafort or even the quieter beaches between the places.
