- 4th Apartment (On the first floor with independent entrance from an external staircase):
Living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one triple with queen size bed + single bed and another double bedroom with queen size bed), 2 bathrooms, equipped veranda.
Even if the villa is divided into 4 apartments at your disposal you will find everything you need to eat all of them together under one of the gazebos on the back or in the large patio of the villa where you will find a spacious veranda with tables and chairs or outdoor tables and chairs with umbrellas for the sun.

The villa is located in the Florentine countryside in the Mugello area.
The closest town is Vicchio, where you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, taverns, pharmacies and all the necessary services. The center of Florence is about 30 minutes away by car. In Vicchio you will also find a convenient and small train station ideal for reaching the center of Florence without using the car for a day of art and culture.
