-Large house with private pool located in Blanes, less than 3 km from the beach.:
The house has a maximum capacity for 10 people, with 5 double bedrooms.

The house is distributed over 2 floors. On the upper floor there are 3 double bedrooms: one of them with a double bed (suite with bathtub), and the other two with 2 single beds in each. Full bathroom with shower.On the lower floor is where we find the large living room (TV) with direct access to the outside area. A fully equipped independent kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave) and two double bedrooms: one of them with a double bed (suite with bathtub) and the other with 2 single beds. A bathroom with a shower.

The outdoor area has a private pool (8×4), barbecue, and large terraces where you can enjoy the sun. In addition, it is fully furnished so you can have wonderful breakfasts in the sun.

The garage has capacity for up to 4 cars, with direct access from the house.

Optional heating (extra cost in case of use €100/week).

Pets not accepted.

Groups of young people not accepted. The house is only rented to families.Sheets have an extra cost of €8/pax.

Towels have an extra cost of €8/pax.To confirm your reservation, your card will be charged 25% as an advance payment for the reservation and then the remaining 75% one month before your check-in.
