The rental is composed as follows, you enter and access the beautiful living room composed of the open kitchen with a dining area and the living room. The living room is air-conditioned. The house is new and has been beautifully decorated and furnished. For the sleeping area, you will find 3 bedrooms, the 1st on the ground floor and the other two upstairs. The two upstairs are air-conditioned and the one on the ground floor benefits from the air conditioning of the living room. You will find a shower room and toilet on the ground floor as well as a bathroom with bathtub and toilet upstairs. As for the exterior, you have access to a beautiful terrace equipped with table and chairs as well as garden furniture and 4 deckchairs. This space overlooks the 7m x 3m swimming pool. You will find a gas plancha and behind the house, a pétanque court. These are very pleasant spaces allowing you to spend your days in the sun, or shaded as you wish. The house is new and you have an internet box with wifi. The house is air-conditioned. The swimming pool is secured by a bar cover. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations. The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included and included in the price. For greater comfort, you have the option of choosing the option of having sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra.
