Unit Layout
The 4-room house has an area of 160 square meters and is spread across two levels. The comfortable and beautiful furnishings include a large living/dining room equipped with a TV (flat screen), a hi-fi system, and air conditioning. This room has an exit leading to the terrace. On the same level, there is one room with a French bed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long), as well as an open kitchen featuring an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and additional Nespresso capsules. The kitchen also has an exit to the terrace. There is a shower and separate toilet on this level. The upper floor contains two bedrooms: one with a French bed (140 cm wide, 190 cm long) and an exit to the terrace, and another with two beds (90 cm wide, 190 cm long) and an exit to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with a bath and separate toilet on the upper floor.
