The villa boasts a 20000 sq. m. park, mostly in the English garden style, with large trees and a huge ancient magnolia. The pool is by the house, reachable via a short staircase. The pool is rectangular-shaped, 14 metres by 7 and 1.2-2.7 metres deep, perfect for children and adults alike. All around the pool is a paved bathing area, with tables, umbrellas, chairs and sunbeds. You will also find a small changing cubicle and an outdoor shower. The area in front of the house has tables, chairs and a portable barbecue perfect for outdoor meals. The villa has been owned by many noble families from Pisa and has been frequently restored, the last restoration dating back to the 1700s. The precious antique furniture and carpets will make you feel like you’ve gone back in time!
The villa is on three floors, upon entering you will find the ground floor with an armchair corner, a large living room with sofas and chairs, illuminated by the two large patio doors, a dining room and a large, bright kitchen complete with utensils. A stone staircase leads to the first floor, with a large hall with a piano and another living room from which you can reach the rooms: one large double bedroom with bathroom with shower, one single bedroom, one double bedroom with bathroom with bathtub and shower, 2 double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, a closet room and a washing room with washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board. The second floor has a double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with twin beds and a bathroom with bathtub. On this floor there is also a closed room.

Villa Ott is in a quiet location, on the outskirts of a small town in the countryside around Pisa, with a great view of the surrounding fields, olive groves and woods.

Important Information
Swimming pool available from May 15th to September 30th. The owner lives in a small and independent part of the villa. Pets are allowed, provided they are small.Activities and Distances
The property’s position makes it perfect for visiting the artistic cities of Pisa, Lucca and Florence, as well as the Etruscan town of Volterra, San Gimignano and Siena. Those who wish to spend a day at the seaside can do so at Tirrenia’s sand beaches a half-hour drive away. Further away (but still less than an hour’s drive) is Versilia with famous towns like Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi and Marina di Pietrasanta. We also suggest a relaxing day at the Casciana Terme thermal waters.
