Antalya is one of the colorful and vibrant cities in the Mediterranean where you can find peace of mind in a green and fresh environment and enjoy a warm climate throughout the year. From lovely geographical formations to the beaches that have earned a blue flag label, Antalya has been among the top vacation spots both for locals and internationals over the years. Here, you can access anything you need within a short walking distance, there are many local shops and supermarkets around. If you would like to dine out or spend some quality time outdoors, there are many cafes, restaurants, and bars that are also within a short distance.

Home truth:
As indicated in the photos, only specific rooms are equipped with AC. Not all rooms have air conditioning.
During the pool season, electricity and water bills will be covered by guests, calculated by our side. Also, we would like to remind you that a 150 EUR safety deposit will be taken during your check-in, which will be refunded (minus possible damage costs) during your check-out.

Need to know inside:
We have three of these types of villas. We also have one conservative villa with a pool. If interested, you should confirm its availability before making a reservation.
The pool is open for use between May and October.
A deposit is taken upon entry to the house.

Our cancellation policy
We know how difficult and unpredictable it has become globally to travel from one place to another. Therefore, we have updated our cancellation policy making it flexible for unexpected changes. We also allow reservation date modifications; we expect our guests to notify us as early as possible so we can help them out swiftly.

Guest reservations
We believe that fight against the virus is a shared responsibility. Hence, we kindly request our guests to use protective gear such as face masks and gloves before their arrival and dispose of them properly following their check-in.
