My granfather built this " Old lady" 101 years ago, on Castiglioncello Bay, in front the the Tuscany Archipelago Island, more specifically Gorgona Island, Capraia Island and all others.
When the air is without humidity, if you are lucky, can see the Corsica Island behind the two mentioned islands.
This beatufull home has a unique charm: the breaze keep fresh even if is very hot outside but at the sun set the home is invaded by astonishing colours and you can see the sun diving just behind Gorgona Island.
There is a big garden with a nice barbecue, very toll and old pine trees, flowers and singing birds.
There is also a very nice terrace , from where you can see the port and the sea,.capable to host 8/10 people for beautifull dinners with friends.
This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 8/9.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains three single beds and another one is in the living room.
The last bed is located in the living room, very comfortable, oriented to the sun set.
There is 1 bathroom with shower
This bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
The shore is exactly 70 meters from your garden, just 1 minute walk and you can have a delightfull swim.
Restaurants, pubs, cinema, tennis club, disco,......all you can desire is a few minutes walk away.Finally, a beautifull port with more than 700 boats is 2 minutes walk away.
There is a nice walk from the house to Punta Righini , 2 km walk kissing the sea and the shores.

You can rent a boat, a wind surf, you can scuba-diving and can sail along the coast.
