Combining a love of architecture, history and nature, this 19th century traditional stone house in Gostinjac, a small village near Dobrinj in the Krk Island Region, will school you on style. Owned and designed by architects who approached the renovation on this historic rural house plan with respect for the old, but a reverence for a minimalist, modern living. Known for their less-is-more approach to design, the architects embraced the original elements of the home and complemented these with modern elements that really set it apart form the rest.

There is dining area with fully equipped kitchen and living room with an indoor fireplace at the ground floor. On the upper floors there are TV room with a Smart TV, and 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The private bathrooms have a bath or shower, free toiletries and a hair dryer. Covered terrace with barbecue, shady gazebo with charming view, sundeck near the infinity pool, will satisfy even the most demanding expectations. The Island of Krk is famous for its network of bicycle and hiking trails, beautiful beaches and stunning views.
Of course, you can explore the rich historical, architectural and art heritage of the island, with beautiful old towns of Krk, Vrbnik, Dobrinj etc. Along with the great Krk olive oil, Krk cheese and high quality fish and lamb, the island of Krk can be proud of the numerous authentic taverns and good restaurants. There you can find a pleasant atmosphere and traditional food made following family recipes. This will turn a visit to one of Krk's taverns into a real taste experience, that include seasonal ingredients in the menus. Restaurants will therefore offer you young Krk lamb, wild asparagus, Krk šurlice, dishes based on the extra virgin olive oil or a special ingredient - figs!

Rijeka is 40 km, while the Rijeka Airport, 17 km from the property. The nearest sand beaches are Soline (3 km) and Sv Marak (4 km), while famous Baška pebble beach is 25 km from Villa Aria. There is a grocery shop in the village. Nearest major tourist center is Krk (16 km), as well as larger supermarkets, markets, banks, post office, tourist board and agencies, pharmacies, school playground, restaurants, fish markets, cafés, bakeries, pastry shops, hair and beauty salons etc. are 5-10 km away from Gostinjac.
Moving from the village to the east you can notice the characteristic elements of this territory: vineyards and olive groves that produce wine and oil of excellent quality.
