In front of the structure there is the splendid terraced pool, encased in wood. The pool is equipped with a sunbathing area and sun loungers and umbrellas. This is the ideal spot to cool off and enjoy the sun. The spectacular view of the Adriatic Sea will leave you breathless, while the on-site barbecue invites you to enjoy pleasant open-air dinners in the company of your loved ones at the large table on the porch.

The traditional atmosphere of the villa blends harmoniously with touches of elegance and high-quality furnishings. The wood-beamed ceilings have been enhanced by the restoration work, while the cosy interiors will make you feel immediately at home.
The villa is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor you will find a cosy dining room with sofas, fireplace, TV, Wi-Fi and a beautiful piano. Adjacent to the dining room there is the kitchen. Fully equipped with modern appliances, here you can indulge in preparing delicious meals to enjoy with friends.
In addition, there is also a service bathroom on this floor.
Stairs in the entrance hall lead to the upper floor.
The first floor is composed as follows:
-1 living room with a double sofa bed;
-1 bedroom with a double bed and a large window. The room is equipped with air conditioning;
-1 bedroom with a double bed and a large window overlooking the beautiful outdoor garden;
-1 bedroom with two single beds and window;
-2 bathrooms with shower.
The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; final cleaning; air conditioning (only available in one double bedroom); weekly linen change; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance.
The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
heating on consumption; extra cleaning; extra linen change; tourist tax € 1,50 per person per night. Pets are not allowed.

Extra services on request (fee-paying service): visit to the owner's winery and vineyards, with the possibility of wine tasting and wine purchase.
