VILLA on one level, warm and comfortable, 5 minutes from the city center, well located in a very quiet residential area (Total) in the immediate vicinity (Bus stop, Supermarket, Pharmacy, Caterer, Pizzeria, Bakery, Stade du Hameau and FC Pau).
• We would like to point out that the 3rd bedroom is really an extra bedroom (single sofa bed) for a child or teenager preferably.
• Possibility for a 6th traveler to sleep on the very comfortable 1-seater sofa in the living room for €20 more per night
• Owners' favorite: “Guinguette” style outdoor bar while respecting the neighborhood.
