The sea is not far away and can be reached in a few minutes. The well-equipped sandy beaches of the Marotta and Fano area are much appreciated by families with children thanks to its shallow waters. Ideal starting point for exploring the area: 10 km Fano with its characteristic historical center and many traces of its Roman origins; 15 km Pesaro that during the summer hosts a prestigious opera festival devoted to the composer Rossini, 40 km the beautiful Renaissance city of Urbino, 50 km Ancona and the famous beaches of the Conero. The house is surrounded by a large, fenced ground of about 500 m with swimming pool. Large and bright living room elegantly furnished over which there is an open loft used as a play area for children, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with private bathroom and a laundry room. Large veranda equipped for outdoor dining, stone barbecue. The house borders a land with 300 precious olive trees. The last 400 m leading to the house are on a dirt road but in good conditions. The caretaker lives in the basement of the house with an independent entrance. Possibility of charging for electric cars in the covered parking.
