Description

It is a very peaceful location where you will feel far away from everything.
This rural setting is very relaxing, but you can be in the busy tourist areas in no time.
It is an excellent starting point for exploring the entire island.
This magnificent villa has four bedrooms on three levels.
The attic room is a family room, so the villa can sleep up to ten people.

The villa is very spacious and comfortable.
The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area is bright and cheery.
There are two lounge areas, which is very convenient if you have a large group and children who want to play alone.
The kitchen is visually appealing and well-equipped. On the ground floor, one of the bathrooms has a walk-in shower.
The first floor has three very large bedrooms, one of which is a double and the others are twins, though the beds are usually joined together.
The bedrooms all have beautiful views of the countryside.
They share a large, well-designed bathroom.
This level's three bedrooms all have access to a balcony, which is lovely.
The attic houses the largest family room ever!
There are two double beds, a desk, a convertible sofa that can be converted into a double bed, and a modern, tiled ensuite bathroom with a shower.
The bathrooms are all in excellent condition.
Once again, the views from this atmospheric room are stunning.
The pitched wooden beamed ceiling creates a warm atmosphere in the room.
The garden is lovely outside, with old olive trees, grassy banks, and a fantastic terrace and pool.
Sun loungers, outdoor lounge furniture, and alfresco dining with a built-in barbecue surround the pool.
It's a beautiful, relaxing, and peaceful setting.

Despite being in a beautiful countryside setting in the middle of the island, Villa is only 6 kilometres from a beach, 6 kilometres from Zante Town, 5.5 kilometres from Bochali, and 6.5 kilometres from Lagunas.
The Panagia Eleftherotria Monastery is close to the villa.
The panoramic view of Lagopodo and the surrounding valleys and mountains is breath-taking.
The monastery was established in 1962 and is governed by 17 nuns. From the villa, it is simple to explore the north of the island.
Alykes is a peaceful resort.
It has a golden sandy beach, beach bars, interesting souvenir shops, an agricultural museum, and some good restaurants. Boat trips to the Blue Caves and Smugglers Cove are available, as is a horse-drawn carriage ride to Alykanas. Alykanas is a small, traditional Greek village surrounded by lush olive groves and vineyards and dreamy bright blue seas.
It's very relaxed.
To the south of the villa are the busy resorts of Kalamaki and Laganas, with Laganas being the livelier of the two.
There are numerous restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops, as well as a 5-kilometer stretch of fine silvery sand.
Because turtles nest on the beaches, no watersports are permitted. With two large crazy golf courses in landscaped gardens with koi-carp filled ponds, there is plenty of entertainment for families.
If you want to have a big party, go to the bars and nightclubs in Laganas or Zante Town.
Following a devastating earthquake in 1953, Zante Town was mostly rebuilt.
The coastal road is known as 'Santa Marina,' and it leads to Solomos Square, which is always busy.
The statue of Dionysios Solomos, Greece's national poet who wrote the national anthem, is one of the square's attractions. The statue can be found in the Byzantine Museum.
There are restaurants and bars in and around the square, as well as Saint Marcus Square.
Bochali is situated on a hill above the town and offers spectacular views of both the town and the port.
Visit some of the charming restaurants and cafes.
Prices based on an occupancy of 6 people!
