This holiday apartment is located in a typical Ligurian house, in the cozy medieval center of Civezza, just a few minutes from the center of San Lorenzo al Mare and its beaches. With a large terrace and a breathtaking view of the sea, it has a kitchen line on the ground floor and two separate bed rooms, one double and one twin. Upstairs there is a large bright living room with access to the roof terrace. The house was built around the year 1800 and like all historic buildings, it is located on several floors which are only accessible by stairs. The property is ideal for nature lovers, but also the sea and the beaches of Imperia are only 9 km away. Strategic location for all those who like hiking and cycling, guests will appreciate the many hiking trails of the valley. Not far from San Lorenzo al Mare and its beaches (5 km), from the characteristic villages Alassio (37 km), Diano Marina (17 km), Cervo (26 km), Bordighera (47 km), Seborga (50 km). In less than half an hour you can reach the Côte d'Azur: Menton (65 km), Nice (86 km), Monte Carlo (71 km) and just shortly before these are the beautiful beaches of the Balzi Rossi (59 km) with its untouched nature and crystal clear water. The botanical gardens of Villa Hanbury in Grimaldi (59 km).
