Our house is an old Tuscan farmhouse that we have carefully restored, wanting to keep every original Tuscan element. Immersed in the still unspoiled nature of the Carline Reserve in the province of Siena, the property, surrounded by thick and lush woods inhabited by local fauna such as wild boars, porcupines, roe deer, hares, foxes and many other animals, offers our guests a truly special stay , combining the absolute tranquility with the comfort and simplicity of other times: the ideal place for those looking for a true natural paradise where they can enjoy long walks or mountain biking along the silent dirt paths of the reserve.
The Podere has six double bedrooms each with private bathroom and the possibility of adapting them to accommodate up to 16 beds. The house is built around a characteristic courtyard which leads to the large, old stone carriageway used as a dining / living room, where our guests can share pleasant moments in company while tasting their meals together. The same lounge has comfortable sofas to allow guests to relax in a group and listen to good music.
In the courtyard there are two large BBQ grills and a large wood-burning oven ideal for preparing homemade bread, pizzas and other delicious dishes.
From the same courtyard there is access to the three double bedrooms with bathroom, each with independent entrance, to the laundry room and to the local bar upon request available to guests to offer a pleasant service also by the pool and thus make the stay even more relaxing.
An external staircase in original brick leads to the first floor of the house where there is the living room with fireplace which houses a large professional kitchen. From this room there is access to three other double bedrooms, each always with private bathroom. All bedrooms have mosquito nets on the windows and air conditioning (the cost is according to consumption)
The large, fully fenced property garden hosts, at the back of the house, an inviting natural lake-effect swimming pool (6x9 meters) with salt water and an aerotherapy area; the area around the swimming pool is also equipped with a large table, 8 chairs, 10 comfortable deckchairs and 3 parasols. The position of the house and the surrounding land guarantee discretion and at the same time safety for families with small children and pets.
In addition, in the part in front of the house, guests can take advantage of a shaded area equipped with a large table and chairs where they can gather for lunch in the open air, while enjoying the green panorama of the reserve or spending evenings perhaps sipping a good wine and admiring the sky. starry!
