The Space:
A comfortable villa with private garden and pool will offer you an amazing stay while you're visiting the island of Zakynthos!

Our lush garden is full of centennial olive groves, orange and lemon trees and our large, rich lawn surrounds the heated swimming pool, sun bathing terrace and two independent, fully furnished, shaded dinning areas. There is also a full size built BBQ, a table tennis and a pool table for your entertainment.

Inside the villa there are 100sq.m of warmth and luxury. There is a large open plan living room with 2 large sofas and a real fire fireplace, a large fully equipped kitchen for your cooking endeavors, two bathrooms with marble tiling (one with a shower and one with a bathtub) and two bedrooms with two joined twin beds or one cosy double big bed. There is also the possibility and space for two more full sized portable beds and a travel baby cot upon request. Both bedrooms and living areas are individually air conditioned.


An ideal choice for all year vacation and ideal starting point to explore the island and its many beauties !

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access in the private pool of the villa and its garden.

The Neighborhood:
The villa resides in the area of Planos, just 800m from the infamous local beach. There you will find a super market for your daily groceries, atm, gas station, as well as car and boat rentals. The area offers a lot of restaurants where you will taste traditional local dishes. The distances to the harbour, the airport and the city of Zante is 5km.

The location of the property is an ideal starting point for exploring the wonderful beaches of the island, the nearest being Planos beach only 800m away. Some more are Tragaki (2km), Kipseli (4km), Drosia (6km), Psarou (8km), Alikanas (12km), Ksigia (18km), Agios Nikolaos (19km), Makris Gialos (21km), Vathi Lagadi (24km), Kremidi (24km), Madrakia (26km) and the world renowned Shipwreck beach (30km). In many of the island beaches you will enjoy cold drinks at cosmopolitan beach bars, do water sports or rent a boat.

The island combines an intense nightlife and cosmopolitan seaside establishments with numerous natural and cosmopolitan sights. Take a walk at St. Marcus square, visit the Vetzageio folklore museum and the Venetian castle that stands above the city of Zante. Organise a daily excursion to Agathonisi, one of the breeding locations of the Caretta-Caretta sea turtles, the Blue Caves (30km), the National Marine Park (12km), the Keri lighthouse (24km) with the stunning view as well as many other attractions waiting for you to discover.

You can reach the house by car or a taxi.
