Villa Regina dello Ionio is a villa with swimming pool for 8 guests. It`s in San Pietro in Bevagna, near the Ionian sea. The villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, barbecue, alarm system, internet, washing machine, tv, heating system, solarium and parking area. Pets are not allowed.

The villa is on two floors:
ground floor and basement floor. Villa Regina dello Ionio is introduced
by a large porch with table, chairs, sofas and swing seat.
The ground floor of the villa consists of a dining room with open kitchen, one double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and the equipped porch at the back.
The stairs take to the lower floor, dedicated to the sleeping area: there are a hallway with sofa bed for two guests, one twin bedroom, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Outside, by the swimmign pool, there is another bathroom with shower.

Villa Regina dello Ionio is 600 meters away from the beaches of San Pietro in Bevagna,
seaside location on the Ionian coast, with many amenities. The villa is
also close to other famous tourist locations of Salento, such as Porto Cesareo, Torre Lapillo and Punta Prosciutto.
Moreover,
it`s near the worth-discovering nature reserve of Salina dei Monaci,
where you can often admire flocks of pink flamigoes.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12pm).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Mandatory towels fee: euro 25 per person per week to pay upon arrival.
- Pool available from May to October.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
