Nice and comfortable private villa on two floors surrounded by a luxuriant garden of citrus groves and set in the countryside in the surroundings of Floridia, only 15 kms away from Syracuse. It can give good hospitality at 7 people and it is composed of an ample living room with equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and double bedroom at the first floor; the second floor has other two bedrooms of which one double bedroom overlooking a large terrace with views over the garden surrounding the property and a triple bedroom with separate beds. The rooms are served by a bathroom. The property is characterized by a large covered front veranda and a rear that overlooks the private pool and where you can enjoy leisurely lunches and dinners. The pool is located in the back of the house in a very private area. Adjacent to the pool there is a barbecue area and a further bathroom with shower. The villa is equipped with every comfort and is the ideal place to relax in the beautiful private pool but also to discover the wonders of historical, architectural and natural that characterize this part of Southeast Sicily.
