The centrepiece of the villa "Sa Pleta" is the huge pool terrace which is surrounded by a beautiful natural stone wall from several sides and offers plenty of space for the entire traveling party, as well as spectacular views. Here you can find high-quality deckchairs where you can enjoy hours of relaxation under the blue Mediterranean skies. Guests who are more sensitive to light can also enjoy relaxing outdoors under the several parasols. So don't forget to bring a good book! The 80 m² pool with a child-safe area can conveniently by entered via a set of stairs. You can swim a few lengths early in the morning, for an active and refreshing start to your day. Beautiful natural stone steps lead to the house where another partially covered terraced area branches out, offering plenty of seating space. Whether you prefer to sit in the shade on a polyrattan lounger or directly under the blue skies during an evening BBQ, everyone will find the perfect space to suit their individual preferences. It will be easy to find your own personal little nook on the extensive premises, offering you some privacy – even when traveling in a large group. Should you wish to have a party during your stay, we ask that you please advise us of this beforehand. Parties cannot be held in the villa in order to be considerate of the other nearby holidaymakers.

The house interior is tastefully decorated and is fully equipped with all the high-quality items you need for a comfortable holiday stay. The use of wood throughout the house, including the traditional exposed beam ceilings, combined with the comfortable furniture and attractive fabrics and decorative pieces, create a wonderful atmosphere which makes staying indoors incredibly appealing. Relax comfortably on the sofas in the open-plan living and dining room whilst enjoying a good book or film, or chat with friends and family back home on your phone, tablet, or laptop. Board game enthusiasts will be delighted to find plenty of games available in the house. On cooler nights, the crackling fire in the fireplace will provide cosy warmth, while the air-conditioning installed in every room will ensure pleasant temperatures during the summer months. Furthermore, central heating is available for cooler days, making this holiday home suitable for any time of the year. The villa kitchen is fully equipped and enables you to independently cater to your own needs. You can choose between eating at the kitchen table or in the more atmospheric dining area. There is a total of six double rooms, each with two single beds and its own individual decor, creating an atmosphere to suit every taste. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, enabling a high degree of privacy throughout the house. This makes the house perfect for two or even three families. For large traveling groups, we also offer the opportunity to rent this house alongside others in our range – "Son Perxa", and/or "Palmeral". All properties are close to each other but still fully independent with a high level of privacy. These and four other surrounding villas feature a joint tennis court and volleyball ground. The availability of these (professional) courts is a unique feature in our range. This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for ball game fans!
