Torcigliano Di Camaiore

Description

Torcigliano di Camaiore is a historical, small and very quiet village (about 100 inhabitants) located on the hills of Versilia at an altitude of 390 metres.
The house is located at the beginning of the village. From there you have access to woods and paths for excursions -on foot or by mountain bike- through the heart of a beautiful nature and until the villages in the neighbourhood. One of the most visited, thanks to its several family-managed factories producing salami, ham, sausages, etc. is Gombitelli.
Well-known beach locations of the famous Versilia coast are easy to be reached by car in less than half an hour: Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio, Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi, etc.
The house has an internal surface for living of 80 m², 2 bedrooms each having “French” double beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 entrance-floor, 1 basement, 1 large covered terrace with panoramic view down until the seaside, completely air-conditioned.
It is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge, SAT-TV
The place all around is generally very quiet. Olive trees and vineyards are surrounding the area. Thanks to its geographical position, there is constantly a light evening breeze which makes it very pleasant to sit outside and to enjoy the panorama
The house was completely restored in 2009 by a famous artist (painter & sculptor) who lives in the area: clear signs of his art and inspiration are visible in the internal and external decorations.
There is a Wi-Fi router in the house but, unfortunately, the Internet connection is locally not too strong!
All windows are equipped with mosquito-nets.
House-Cleaning included in the weekly price.
In case of a two-weeks-stay, a change of laundry will be carried out on the Saturday in between, if wished.
Arrival at the property on Saturdays, not before 3 pm. Departure from the property on Saturdays latest at 10 am
