Casa Baiocco is a typical Tuscan home, newly built in the traditional farmhouse style, perfectly blending with the Italian countryside. Surrounded by a well kept park, for your private use only, it offers all the peace and tranquility that you look for during your holidays. Casa Baiocco sleeps up to 8 people and if you wish we cater for you as well. Or perhaps you'd just want to be left alone, than we'll guarantee absolute privacy. Excursions, personal trainers, chefs - all can be organized, just let us know what your needs are.

All bedrooms have a bathroom en-suite. If you are travelling in a large group, there won't be any fights for the showers - an important aspect for relaxing holidays.


Only 1 km from this private oasis - walking distance if you're the sporty type - you find the stunning medieval town of Città della Pieve. In spite of its walls dating back to the 13th century, you find everything needed for a modern life: Internet Cafés, supermarkets, plenty of restaurants and bars cater to your needs. And all packed in true historic charm.

Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October, located in a carefully manicured garden at 20 meters from the villa. The rectangular measures 10 x 4 m, with a depth of 1, 40 m. The area bordering the swimming pool is terracotta pavement.

COMPULSORY SERVICES ON REQUEST: supplied and to be paid locally to the owner - heating (based on meter reading consumed during your stay € 4,50 m3), internet wireless included in the price.

-COOKERY CLASS - During two hours our guests will have the pleasure of learning to prepare delicious, hand made pasta. An experienced chef will introduce you to this fine and very Italian art.

-TRADITIONAL DINNER - exclusively for our guest, a typical Tuscan dinner can be booked. In the comfort of our house - your holiday home - our chef prepares those delicious dishes of the region. The dinner consists of:
- 1 Grande Antipastone - a selection of different starters

- 1 Primo - main courses, consists of hand made pasta

- 1 Secondo - local meat (roast beef)

- Side dish - Vegetables

- Dolce Della Casa - the desert of the house

- Beverages (Wine and water)

- WINE TASTING IN THE VILLA + DINNER

- BREAKFAST IN THE VILLA - every morning, in the beautiful salon in the western part of the villa, we can prepare a
wholesome breakfast with traditional products of the region.

WELCOME DINNER - after a long journey you might not want to go out to a restaurant to eat or prepare
something yourself, then this may be an interesting solution for you.
a staff member will prepare a simple and light dinner for you with a fine selection of appetisers, local
specialities, bruschette and good wine, naturally.

DAILY ROOM SERVICE - if desired, a staff member will be available to clean and tidy your bedroom every
morning. A change of bed linen and towels can be ordered as well.

MASSAGE PARLOUR - On Monday and Tuesday mornings a professional massage therapist is available for a
broad variety of wellness and massage treatments.

EXCURSION AND TOURS - Possibility to choose a package or individual event, all set in a really characteristic
location.
1 - Visit to a historical wine cellar in Montepulciano (SIENA) with tasting of wine
and typical italian food
2 - Visit to a wine cellar in a typical Tuscan farmhouse close to Montepulciano
(SIENA) with tasting of DOC-DOCG wines, served with cured meats, selection of
cheese’s and grilled sausages.
3 – Afternoon Wine Course in Città della Pieve about “WINE TASTING
TECHNIQUE” lasting three hours,
which includes a tasting of 4 types of wine.
4 - Afternoon visit to an oil Tuscan mill, in Cetona (SIENA), with guided oil tasting,
served with typical Italian food.
5 - Afternoon visit to a cheese dairy in the area of Montepulciano-Pienza with tasting
of different kinds of pecorino cheese and wine.
6 – Visit to a farm which breeds livestock 'Chianina' cows, with tasting of local
food and wine.
Possibility to visit the butcher inside the farm.
7-Visit in one of the BEST winery in MONTALCINO with tasting of 3 or 5 types of wine and lunch. After the wine tour it's possible to visit the historic center of Montalcino
8- Visit to one of the best winery in CHIUSI with tasting of 3 types of wine and tour of the wineries located in ETRUSCAN CAVES.
9- Visit to the Banfi Castle in Montalcino with wine tasting and visit to the glass museum ( inside the castle )
10-Siena, visit to historic winery and tasting of 4 types of wine
