Description

This exotic 3-storey villa in the heart of the Ibiza countryside offers a beautifully rural retreat for any family or group of friends.

Entry to the villa brings you into a large open plan living area, with a range of comfortable sofas and a fantastic working fireplace at one end, at which you can curl up with a hot chocolate or a glass of wine on the cooler evenings.

With a distinctly traditional feel, Casa Jerez has been carefully restored to preserve its beautifully historic character within its modern design. This is clearest in the fabulous dining area which boasts a stunning glass dining table amid more traditional decorations and the fine wooden beams which stretch across the ceiling. The kitchen is hugely spacious and offers all the latest mod cons, including a coffee machine and juicer. We love the way it opens out into the round seating area, ensuring that the kitchen remains a hugely social space in which you can prepare a meal, enjoy a fabulous fresh breakfast on a morning and engage in lively conversation!

The bedrooms are all unique, creatively designed and wonderfully traditional, with the same wooden beams, doors and windows as the common areas of the property, complemented by the tasteful paintings in each room. The three bathrooms (one ensuite) are all bright, beautiful and decorated with the same attention to detail and creativity as the rest of the villa.

The garden area offers a real variety, with bright flowers and trees adding to the rural setting. The healthy lawn offers a fabulous location for a breakfast in the early morning sun, and the combined dining/BBQ area under the veranda is ideal for an alfresco dinner overlooking the garden, and why not retire to the cosy seating area along the balcony for a glass of wine later in the evening? And then, of course, the fabulous private pool! Enveloped in trees and plants of all kinds, this pool is truly a paradise. The many sun loungers adorning it are extremely comfortable and offer yet another outdoor space in which to relax. With parking for at least 3 cars, everyone can come and go as they please with the freedom of a number of vehicles between the party.

And thanks to the huge popularity of the island, all of this luxury is located just a short stroll from all the necessary amenities, including a supermarket, bars and restaurants, with the beach of Talamanca also within walking distance!

#### Location
Despite its current reputation for all-night parties, hedonism and elegance, Ibiza was first popularised by a hippy community, and in amongst the trendy clubs and lively beaches, their presence is still felt in the many markets they established throughout the years.
The immense popularity of the island ensures you'll never be far from anything you need – be that a supermarket, restaurant or an all-night dance floor! As the clubbing capital of the world, you can guarantee a good night out at any of Ibiza's famous clubs including Pacha, Amnesia and the world's biggest club: Privilege.
And for those not looking to party every night, Ibiza is ideal for a romantic weekend and even an active family holiday – with amazing cycling, kayaking, hiking, and many more activities on offer! These are particularly good during the winter when the island calms down a little but retains its fabulous weather.
Of course, no Spanish island would be complete without a fine array of wine and seafood on offer, and Ibiza is no different, with a thriving culinary scene.
Ibiza has earnt its status as a perfect holiday destination, thanks to its shimmering turquoise waters, lagoons, coves, and of course, endless beaches that stretch to the horizon, as well as its less documented charming countryside and vibrant communities dotted across the little island.
