The wonderful exteriors will ensure that you enjoy the good weather on the island. The property offers a private salt water pool measuring 8 x 3.5 meters and having a depth between 0.80 and 1.70 meters. You can sunbathe on the surrounding sun loungers. The barbecue and wood oven are covered and will allow you to enjoy your meals alfresco. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.
The single-storey house offers a rustic style with all the modern comforts. The large dining room has several sofas, TV-sat, wood stove and a large dining table. The kitchen is open to the dining area and is equipped with induction. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the house there are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and the other with twin beds. Furthermore, there is another bathroom with shower in the house. Finally, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.
Maria de la Salut is a small town in the center of Mallorca that has the basic services for an independent stay. In addition, its central location allows quick access to different parts of the island such as the beaches to the north like Can Picafort or Playa de Muro, the Sierra de Tramuntana to the east and the city of Palma to the south. The house is located in a quiet rural area perfect to relax and unwind.
