Close to the cycle paths, the villa is 500 metres from the popular Petit Sergent beach.
It is 700m from the shops, the market and the town centre.
The house is comfortable and has a living room/lounge with a fully equipped open kitchen.
Parking for 2 vehicles (and on-street parking possible), with an electric vehicle charging point.

The pool is heated from April 1st to October 15th.
The heat pumps of our pools are programmed for heating to 29°C. The actual water temperature of our pools is also impacted by the climate: a warm climate increases the pool water temperature and a cold climate decreases the pool water temperature.
The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Everything can be done by bike and on foot or almost, and the sea and beaches are always close by on our small 30-kilometre-long island. Passionate about history, summer activities and gastronomy, art and decoration, we are happy to offer you a quality stay in our house.
Upon your arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will give you a welcome guide with good plans and our advice to discover the Île de Ré in the best conditions!
