The bedrooms are sizable, with wrought iron bed frames and even a romantic fireplace in one.
Take advantage of the Tuscan sun in or beside the sparkling pool, where a whirlpool and panoramic views of the rolling countryside will instantly put you at ease. Al fresco dining is made easy with the kitchen, barbeque and wood-fired pizza stove in the annex, along with the veranda with outdoor seating.
Guests will be within easy reach of wine tasting in the famed Chianti region, and centrally positioned to explore the art, culture, history, and cuisine of Florence, Siena, and Arrezo. Casentino Forest National Park is a must visit!



#### Features
The entrance to the house is the large kitchen where there is also a table for 14 people. The floors are cotto furnished with antiques and iron objects made ??by hand. From the kitchen, througha small hallway, you come to one of the six bedrooms in the house, this room has a bathroom and an outlet to the external suite.
The kitchen leads directly to the room with the loft, under it there is a comfortable lounge with satellite TV and a large window that lights up the room with natural light. If you climb the stairs to the loft there is a cozy lounge where you can relax alone or with friends, reading a good book, even here the window with single glass lets in a beautiful natural light.

Across the second floor there isaccess to a double bedroom with parquet floor to ceiling and old wooden beams. From the bedroom there is a bathroom with shower.There is another very romantic bedroom with fireplace and direct access to its own bathroom with shower.

The next room, this bed is really big and spacious, furnished with wrought iron beds and antique restored furniture. The bathroom has a comfortable bath. This room is furnished with a four poster bed, the door can be seen in the background opens the bathroom with shower.

Leaving the front door there is a small annex with kitchen, another room with barbeque and a wood stove great for cooking pizzas. Veranda with tables and chairs for outdoor dining. On the other side of the annex there is a bathroom and a small dressing room that open to the pool. This measure 6 x 12 has a whirlpool in the stairway for relaxation and body-massage.
