Note that the cleaning, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee. Please bring your own towels.
Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property. You can come with 2 additionnal guest(s) on demand. An extra charge of 35€ per person and per night will have to be paid on site.
Please note no party will be allowed. Forbidden festivities, music, or noise that might disturb the neighbors during the day-night.
