Description

This family friendly townhouse is located in Lagos, is air-conditioned and has a roof terrace with Jacuzzi. The property is also located close to the local indoor swimming pool.

The main living area comprises a modern and smart fully-fitted kitchen including microwave and dishwasher with a balcony and barbecue, a large living/dining room also with a large terrace and barbecue. The terrace has stunning views over the city of Lagos towards the marina and coast. There is also a cloakroom on this floor. The property has WiFi and television with UK channels.

The three bedrooms are located on the second level. The master bedroom, with a king-size bed, has an en suite bathroom whilst the other two double bedrooms (one double bed and the other with twin beds) share a large family bathroom. All of the bedrooms have a private balcony. With an area of 170m² the property can sleep 8 (maximum 6 adults).

There is access to the private garage from the outside of the property via the staircase.The washing machine is located in the utility area of the garage. The townhouse has wi-fi and multilingual TV channels.

The Jacuzzi is located on the rooftop terrace with plenty of space for relaxing/sunbathing and enjoying the sunset or sunrise.

Lagos is a vibrant town with a great choice of bars, restaurants and a bustling marina. It has a strong historic atmosphere with origins dating as far back as 2000 years BC. It has two municipal markets stocking fresh produce daily including fresh fish. There are numerous supermarkets, mini-markets and a good selection of shops. There are good local transport links by train and bus to the rest of Algarve and to Lisbon.

There are two water parks within a 30-minute drive of the apartment with a return bus service running from Lagos daily. Within a 45-minute drive Zoomarine can be accessed by car or a bus service from Lagos. Zoomarine's main attractions includes exhibitions by dolphins, seals and sea lions, a pirate show, an aquarium with sharks, 4D cinema, various rides, attractions, and 2 swimming pools one of which has a wave machine. Lagos Zoo is also only a 10- to 15-minute drive away with the monkey islands being a great favourite with children.

For the keen golfers there are 40 golf courses in the Algarve, of which 10 can be found within a 30-minute drive of the apartment. The nearest, Onyria Palmares and Boavista, both have 18 holes and are each just a 10-minute drive away.

From Lagos marina you can take daily boat trips to the sea caves, dolphin watching trips, sea kayaking, paddle boarding, deep sea fishing, hire a yacht for the day or take part in a variety of other water-based activities. If you are interested in history there are 2 museums, one next to the marina and one in the old town which explores the rich cultural heritage of the area.
