The long driveway leads to covered parking for 2 to 3 cars. Entering the villa on this level takes you straight in to the extremely spacious games/leisure, which opens up to the covered barbecue and outdoor eating area (with pool shower room) and onto the large pool and surrounding solarium.



In a glassed-off part of the games room there is seating with a TV and PlayStation 3 games console, and a large desk should you not be able to let go totally! A hall leads to the well-equipped fitness room and the downstairs toilet, and to stairs to main level of the villa.



The extremely spacious air conditioned living area with panoramic picture windows and beautiful views of the Madeira landscape, is beautifully furnished in a contemporary style with cream leather seating and a large dining table, and leads to an outdoor terrace and garden. Behind and leading to the laundry is the stunning state of the art kitchen and breakfast table.



A hall leads to the bedroom area and the guest toilet. All three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds) have en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning and have French windows to outdoors. Capacity may be increased to 9 persons by using the pull-out bed of one of the singe beds and by placing two extra beds in the glassed area on the ground floor.



The Stylehouse has the advantage of being very close to amenities, only 350 metres from the closest and around 650 metres on the level from a more comprehensive selection (including the largest supermarket on the island). Public transport is frequent, and taxis a few minutes away.

Cleaning

Cleaning and linen change is provided every 7 days.

All linen and towels are provided, including towels for the swimming pool.



The advertised prices are based on a 4-person occupancy and supplements apply should additional people join you for any length of time.

A security deposit of 300€ or £300 is payable on arrival in cash. This is returned should there be no breakages or damage to the property.
