This is an ideal accommodation for families with children and for guests traveling with their beloved pet, as the garden is completely fenced. This is the ideal starting point to visit the charming town with its many shops, trattorias and bars, the famous cathedral and the art gallery; in addition to numerous cultural events, there is a colorful weekly market in Sansepolcro twice a week. Hiking enthusiasts can walk directly from the house on the Via Francigena to the Monastery of Montecasale and continue up to the mountain of Alpe della Luna (1453m). You can visit Arezzo (40km), Città di Castello (15km), Anghiari (10km); the Franciscan monastery of La Verna (30km); within an hour drive you will also reach Perugia (75km) and Assisi (90km), as well as Siena (100km). The house is arranged on two levels.
