THE VILLA
This villa is a really high quality villa used by the owners as their personal holiday villa. Having 5 bedrooms it's perfect for 2 or 3 families sharing. What makes this villa super special is the huge basement room with Table Tennis, Home Cinema and Gym. The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors all with terraces enjoying magnificent front line Golf views and distant Sea Views. The photographs speak for themselves. This is a new villa to our portfolio this year, so we still have good availability.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
This villa sleeps 10; with 4 large bedrooms comprising of 3 doubles and 2 twins (the twins are arranged with trundle beds).

FAMILY & CHILDREN FRIENDLY
Child and baby equipment such as baby cots and high chairs can be rented upon request.

LOCATION
Being located on the Santo Antonio - Parque da Floresta Golf & Leisure Resort you are within very easy access of the resort’s recreational facilities; with extensive Golf courts, Gym, Spa, Restaurants, Tennis Courts, and a summer kids club. As this is a privately rented villa these facilities may be subject to a local surcharge.

The villa’s location is also perfect for the stunning beaches (many of which are remote and uncrowded). Local beaches include, Salema, Burgau, Zavial, Ingrina, and the West Coast surfing beaches are also easily reachable. The resort is positioned half way between the towns of Sagres and Lagos, both of which are only a 10 minute drive.

WIFI included. Pool heating available at a surcharge. Cots and high chairs can be hired at a surcharge.
