This beautiful part of the Spanish Mediterranean, known as the Gold Coast, is famous for its mountains sweeping down to golden **sandy beaches**. **Costa Dorada** has a unique climate that is warm in summer and mild in winter.

Cap Roig is quite unique even for the Costa Dorada. Cap Roig means Red Bay and the resort has a golden beach nestled between two red headlands of soaring cliffs. Just 3 km from the village, this unique suburb of l'Ampolla is protected by UNESCO.

Carpe Diem is a 450 m² luxury villa designed by a team of architects and interior designers to bring you the perfect space. You enter the grounds through automatic gates to find extensive landscaped gardens, a front and rear lawn that is all less than 100 m to the beautiful Cap Roig beach.

On four levels, the garden/basement level offers you a heated 10 m long **indoor heated pool** with chill out area and a separate kitchen and lounge; an automatic gated garage with parking for two vehicles is also located on this level. Next level up is the ground floor and it enjoys 140 m² of internal light filled space with state-of-the-art kitchen and twin extractor fans to ensure no smoke or smells, a breakfast area with French windows leading onto the patio, decking and pool areas. All of the windows have electric aluminum shutters and mosquito nets. The kitchen leads onto a spacious corridor where there is WC, dining area located behind glass doors that enhance the sense of light and space, an open plan lounge and living area with home entertainment system, glass surround fireplace and with direct access to the decking and pool area. The **private pool** is designed with a beach effect that slopes into the blue water so you can stroll in for a dip. There is also a **jacuzzi** in the pool with seating for eight as well as a 1.6 m deep section. It has wrap-around teak decking and is just 5 m from the stone barbecue and pizza oven. There is also an outside dining area, sun-lounges dotted round the patio and comfortable patio armchairs and sofas to sit and have a coffee. In fact, you could spend the whole holiday on this level but you would be missing out on the amazing facilities upstairs.

On the second floor there are three bedrooms. Bedroom one is the master bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, ensuite wash room with twin sinks, a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet. The second bedroom has a king-size bed with access to a private balcony with **sea views** and a large ensuite bathroom with shower enclosure, bath, and twin sinks. The third bedroom has two single beds, access to the balcony through French door and en-suite bathroom. On the top floor we have the Zen Zone designed for ultimate relaxation. There is a single jacuzzi, a double jet jacuzzi, a yoga and fitness space, a hydro-massage shower, a sauna and a bathroom with toilet and wash basin. This leads onto an open plan master bedroom on the top floor with breath-taking views.
