In a lovely rural neighbourhood, you first arrive at the villa and come to an outdoor area, where you might have to catch your breath trying to take in all the aesthetic wonders before you. A lush green lawn stretches out in front of the house, laid with carefully placed footpaths, with a large pool built right into the middle of it. The picturesque scene is marked by lots of trees and other Mediterranean flora; the garden seems to exude a sense of tranquil opulence, and the three palms in front of the house present you with a truly spectacular sight. A covered terrace with a dining table and an outdoor sofa all but guarantee that guests are going to want to spend a lot of time out here during the warmer months. Whether it's sitting out here with everyone and having a piping hot cup of coffee with breakfast or enjoying a hearty meal right off the grill, it's incredibly easy to have a great time in this magical place. The furniture looks great against the backdrop created by the exposed ceiling beams, beautiful tiled floors, and the natural stone of the building's façade. This, along with the fantastic view of the garden from here, all plays a part in creating this atmosphere of ease and comfort. On hot days, the pool offers a welcome respite. Lined with decorative blue mosaic tiles, and accessible via a super-convenient semi-circular set of steps, it varies in depth from just 0.40 m to 1.85 m. Lie out on any one of the comfortable lounge chairs and get as much of the bright Mediterranean sunshine as you wish. And if you need it, ample shade is provided by the trees and umbrellas. The kids are going to love the play area, where they can romp about and have fun to their heart's content. To the left of the house is a covered BBQ area that includes a built-in bread oven, so you'll have lots of options when spending your evenings cooking out here. And that's just one of many ways to bring your day to a perfect, fitting end.

It could rightly be claimed that the villa's interior is no less impressive than the paradise you've just seen outside. The predominant style is one of classic sophistication, accented by the tasteful employment of modern design elements to create an ambience that is thoroughly refined. The interplay between high-quality furnishings and the natural stone walls, elegant exposed ceiling beams, and exquisite tiled floors is particularly well executed. The cosy atmosphere arising from all of this makes the house feel incredibly welcoming, which in turn has a major impact on just how much rest and relaxation everyone will be able to get out of this place. The abundant living space on offer here will allow you to spread out as much as you like and enjoy the wonderful feeling of having so much room to move around in. The terrace outside leads into a large, comfortably appointed entrance hall of sorts. You can stop here now and then to just sit down in one of the armchairs and linger for a while. And during the cooler months, the fireplace in here adds an additional air of homey comfort. To the left, a staircase leads to the upper storey; right beneath the staircase is a door to a large bedroom with an elegant bathroom that even has a sauna. Another section of the living area is accessible via a large, rounded archway right off of the entrance hall, and to the right is the huge kitchen/dining area. Whilst you can sprawl out on the sofas and relax in the living room, you're also going to enjoy spending lots of time in the kitchen cooking and dining in style. This incredibly stylish kitchen is finished in green and natural tones, and comes fully equipped with complete, high-quality facilities, including a microwave, cooker, double refrigerator with freezer, extractor hood, and Nespresso machine, as well as lots of counter space and a large cooking island. Making meals in here is really going to be lots of fun, especially in good company. The large dining table is actually just three steps away, so you won't have to walk far, either. It's set right in front of a huge picture window, so it almost feels like you're sitting in the middle of the garden. The building's upper storey houses three bedrooms, one of them with an opulent en-suite bathroom. This luxurious bedroom also has its own terrace outside. One of the other bedrooms is furnished with two single beds, making it an ideal kids' room, and the third bedroom has a double bed, a single bed, and another terrace. All bedrooms offer an ambience that is at the same time elegant as well as comfortable, making it very easy to get a good night's sleep.
