The villa has a modern decor and is composed of 2 double bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and one with a single bed that could become a double if necessary with an additional bunk bed. Inside there are two bathrooms. One with shower stall. The other with a hot tub. There are two very powerful air conditioners. One in the living room pointing to the corridor of the sleeping area, and another in the first double bedroom.
In the large living room there is a double sofa bed that can accommodate two people, and a beautiful kitchen with a gas hob equipped with all accessories and completely for your exclusive use (kettle, toaster, microwave, and many other accessories). The villa has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool furnished with umbrellas and deck chairs for you to spend the most beautiful relaxing moments of your holiday. The villa has ample private space for parking reserved for our guests.
Guests can access the villa through an electronic gate that leads to a large parking area. This area is also a common area, but only for the passage, with another apartment further downstream from the villa.
We will be in touch with our guests for as long as they are on holiday. We will assist them and advise them of the best places and events in our area, we will pamper them as they have always been our friends.
The area where the villa is located is very quiet in a peripheral part very close to the sea (just 4 km) of the city of Alcamo.
We advise our future guests to bring a car.
