Villa situated close to the town of Cómpeta, in the region of La Axarquía, in the province of Malaga, Andalucia.
The atmosphere of this holiday home is enhanced by the bright sunbeams that fall picturesquely over the landscape, thus creating a spectacular oasis of peace. Plenty of features connect the outside ambience with the rustic interior of the house. The holiday home comprises three bright and cosy bedrooms, one with a French bed and a bunk bed, one with two single beds that can be united to make a double bed; the third bedroom is provided with two single beds. The villa also has two bathrooms, one with shower and one with a bathtub. In the comfortable dining-living room, you will find a majestic rustic wooden piece of furniture, and a fireplace, thanks to which you will experience a welcoming and homey feeling. In the huge independent kitchen, you will find all the facilities you need. The whole house is provided with floor heating, while the AC is present only in the living room.
In the outdoor area, you will be able to enjoy, relax and experience the combination of colours and nature with the sweet scents in the air, while sitting on the precious rocking-chair and listening to the sounds of nature. At the same time, you can taste delicious meals while filling your eyes with the impressive views or relax in the swimming pool. You will also find a barbeque, a playground for children and a parking lot.
The access to the villa is made possible by a paved lane. The road that leads to the house is a mountain road, for which curves characterise it. However, you can access to the villa with any car.
If you love mountain walking, you should go to the route that goes from "Venta Panaderos" to "Casa la Mina", where majestic views of the peaks of "Cerros Verde", "Las Tres Cruces" and "El Cisne" will reward you.
It takes 35 minutes to reach the beach from the villa, as they are connected by an 18-km mountainous road.
