On request, the houses can be rented independently of each other. Prices may therefore vary.

Our properties are all inhabited by families, a far cry from the standardised and sanitised properties dedicated solely to rental.
This is what allows us to offer you rare, warm places perfectly equipped for large meetings and moments of happiness.
It is also what allows us to offer you living houses with a strong personality, style and soul.

#The neighbourhood
Located 7 km west of Villefranche, the village of Denicé (1513 inhabitants) stretches along the Nizerand valley.
The people of Denicé invite you to come and discover their village, its picturesque hamlets, its listed 12th century gothic chapel and its many castles.
The village has a bar/restaurant, a tobacconist and a post office. The activity of the village is also supported by craftsmen, the Friday afternoon market and the municipal library.

The Beaujolais
In the south of the Beaujolais, at the gateway to Lyon, the Beaujolais des Pierres Dorées is a sure favourite!
Here, the narrow streets of the villages light up and change colour as the day goes by. This very special golden stone is made of limestone which, when dyed with iron oxides, takes on this golden colour.
The Pays des Pierres Dorées is a walk through small towns of character such as Ternand, Châtillon d'Azergues or Charnay. One should not forget the jewel in the middle of this region: Oingt, the only village in the Rhône department classified as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France!
A land of castles, the one in Bagnols, the Château de Rochebonne or the Château de Rapetour in Theizé should not be missed. On foot for a hike, on a motorbike or even on a bike: all means are good for a stroll.
As the southern gateway to the Beaujolais Wine Route, the hilly landscapes of the Pierres Dorées offer remarkable views from one village to another.
Don't forget your cameras: the most beautiful pictures are taken in the Pierres Dorées!

Lyon
"Best European weekend destination" according to the World Travel Awards 2016, Lyon has metamorphosed and offer a cultural offer marked by many festivals (Festival of Lights, Festival Lumière, Nights, Biennale of art and the dance, Quai du polar, Woodstower ...).
Unesco, which has listed 500 ha of the city World Heritage of Humanity, is not mistaken. The ocher colors of the facades of old Lyon and Croix-Rousse, the astonishing mixture of Gothic from the Middle Ages with the Italian Renaissance style gives it a unique charm.
Between the Saone and the Rhone, the former capital of Gaul, silk and printing, Lyon the good living, has become one of the major cities of France and Europe today, economically, gastronomically and cultural with the opening of the Museum of Confluences).
