With ceilings reaching 3 meters and open space (no windows) above 1.50 metres, these spaces offer a delightful blend of outdoor ambiance and indoor comfort. Above this height, the space is either left empty or covered with a grid/lattice, allowing natural light and ventilation to flow freely.

Bartender service is available upon request (extra fee). Please note that the kitchen, living room, and dining room are only accessible via stairs (2nd floor).
The mansion also features 2,000 sq. ft. of covered balconies, wrapping around the house with ample seating where you can enjoy the Pacific coast's vibrant sunsets. The lagoon-style pool and terrace are perfect for soaking up the sun, and a gas grill completes the outdoor area. The nightly rate covers an occupancy of 18 guests (based on 2 per room).
