From the entrance hall of the villa you move into the large bright open plan dining/salon with fireplace and ceiling to floor windows with views to the garden/pool area. The kitchen is discretely accessed from the dining area and is fully equipped with all you might need to cater for your group or family.
There is one double ensuite on the ground floor of this villa which traditionally may have been for service staff but is refurbished to a high spec double bedroom.
The second floor has 4 double ensuite bathrooms distributed around the billiard table area – all very spacious and bright.
The Master Ensuite of this villa deserves special mention given its size, dressing room and ensuite bathroom but also for the direct access to the huge exterior salon on the terrace which gives over the garden and pool area.
An annex, separated from the main villa by small Andalusian patios, houses 2 double bedrooms which share a bathroom and a sofa bed which can be used for larger groups.
The house boasts a large BBQ area and al fresco dining for 12-14 also on the shaded terrace facing the lawn and pool and kids play area. Every single member of the family is catered for in this villa with even a perfect dog area cordoned off by the back of the garden for our 4 legged friends. This villa would be perfect for a multigenerational reunion or a get together of friends. A perfect place to entertain or celebrate something special. There are so many places to hang out and relax: the garden hammock, swinging chairs or the exterior salon off the Master Suite.
