The cafes, boutiques, restaurants and other attractions of Sitges town centre are just a 5-minute stroll away.

There are very few large and luxurious holiday homes in Sitges that are so close to the beach and town centre, so we are delighted to have Villa Mahe in our holiday villa collection.

This superb villa is set within 1,200 m2 of lush, sun-drenched and private Mediterranean gardens with a fantastic 12m x 6m swimming pool as its centrepiece. There are lawns surrounding the pool offering plenty of space for sunbathing, relaxing and al-fresco dining.

The villa and the grounds surrounding the property create a sense of peace and seclusion, with complete privacy from any neighbouring villas. Villa Mahe offers 400 m2 of contemporary Mediterranean style living with warm coloured walls, a mix of wooden and terracotta tiled floors and bright and airy open-plan living spaces.

The furnishings are both luxurious and modern, and the villa is fully equipped to the high standards expected of a premium quality holiday home.

Villa Mahe is owned by a professional artist and examples of his various works will be on display throughout the property.

ACCOMMODATION
Villa Mahe offers luxurious holiday accommodation arranged as follows;

The villa is entered through the grand front door and into the large and open hallway, which leads into the lounge area complete with comfortable seating. The lounge is attached to the large kitchen and dining area, all of which have direct access to the covered terrace area and pool.

There is also an additional living room off to the left with another comfortable sofa and large TV. This room can also be used as additional sleeping area for 2 people.

The spacious, fully equipped and modern open-plan kitchen features a raised breakfast bar with stools and doors leading out to the pool and covered dining area. There is an additional dining area at the end of the kitchen that overlooks the pool area.

The dining area has A/C and is furnished with another sofa and a large dining table to comfortably seat 8 guests. It also features floor to ceiling glass doors that open out to the pool area.

To the right of the entrance and up a few stairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite is located up a further small flight of stairs.
On this level is also a pool table room!

There are three A/C units; one in the open-plan kitchen/dining area, one in the master suite and one positioned to serve the other three bedrooms.

Villa Mahe can sleep up to 10 adults and an additional 2 children in the following bedrooms;

Bedroom 1 – Master suite leading out to pool area.
Bedroom 2 – Small Double bed (140x200cm)
Bedroom 3 – Small double bedroom (140 x 200cm)
Bedroom 4 – Twin Bedroom.
Bedroom 5 – Top floor suite – twin beds together.

There is the option of additional sleeping space for 2 guests on pull out beds in the second living room.

BATHROOMS
Bathroom 1 – Ensuite to the master with large walk in shower, separate bath, toilet and washbasin.
Bathroom 2 – Between bedroom 2 and 3 with a large walk-in shower, double washbasins and toilet.
Bathroom 3 – Opposite bedroom four with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Bathroom 4 – Ensuite to top floor bedroom with shower and toilet.

OUTSIDE SPACE AND GARDENS
The villa is set in 1,200 m2 of beautiful private gardens with level lawns, beautiful palm trees and Mediterranean plants. The centerpiece of the garden is the fantastic 12m x 6m private swimming pool complete with diving board and with ample space for sunbathing. There are plenty of sun loungers and other poolside seating.

There is a large and beautifully decorated covered terrace area with BBQ for outdoor dining. The terrace leads out onto the lawn and pool area. The gardens are level and provide the perfect place for the children to play and enjoy themselves safely.
