Independent stone holiday house not far from Massa Marittima (6 km). This house was formerly used as a school nestled in the countryside and is surrounded by a large outdoor area of ??olive trees, lawn and forest. You can spend relaxing moments tasting excellent dishes and a good wine of the Maremma in the large veranda equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Good location for reaching the sandy beaches of Follonica (15 km) or those of Castiglione della Pescaia. At 35 km is Punta Ala where you can practice many sports: golf, sailing and boat rentals. You can easily organize day trips to the Island of Elba embarking from Piombino (45 km), visit Siena (70 km) or the beautiful city of Livorno (100 km) considered the Venice of Tuscany for its canals, or enjoy a beautiful sunset from the Mascagni Terrace or visit the aquarium with your children.
