Villa Baraka is located in the village of Kanfanar in the central part of Istria. This spacious villa can accommodate up to 8 people and has everything you need for a truly relaxing vacation. In the garden of the villa there is a swimming pool and a terrace with a spot to relax, and since the garden is completely fenced, you can fully enjoy your privacy. You can also bring your pet with you on vacation.
On the ground floor of the villa there is an open space consisting of a living room, kitchen and dining room. The living room has underfloor heating and air conditioning, so you can set the perfect temperature regardless of the season. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for preparing meals while on vacation. The dining room has a table big enough for your whole group and if you're traveling with your family, there's also a baby high chair available.
Villa Baraka has 3 bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor, both with ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms are air conditioned and a cot is available upon request. The bedroom on the ground floor does not have an ensuite bathroom, but there is an additional bathroom on the ground floor accessible through the hallway. There is also a washing machine and ironing facilities in the villa.
In the fully fenced backyard of the villa there is a 25 m² swimming pool, ideal for a refreshing swim on hot summer days. Next to the pool there is an outdoor shower and a relaxing area with deck chairs where you can rest or sunbathe after swimming. In the courtyard there is also a covered patio with a large table, a great place for outdoor group gatherings. You also have a gas grill at your disposal, so you can easily prepare delicious summer meals.
If you want to explore Istria, this villa is in a great location if you want to visit the coast, but also the interior. The nearest larger towns are Poreč and Rovinj, old Istrian towns with a rich history. Near the villa are the ruins of the medieval Dvigrad and the Lim Channel, offering wonderful panoramic views. Or you can go further inland and enjoy the numerous vineyards and gastronomic experiences that Istria has to offer.
