Bencontenta used to be home to a large family of farmers that worked in the estate. In the past few years the villa has undergone a massive preservative restoration. As a result, Bencontenta is now a country luxury villa characterised by all modern comforts, large and bright rooms, refined furniture and design and yet preserving the hallmarks of a traditional venetian farmhouse. You can still see the barchessa, the former stables, the big working fireplace, the terracotta floor, the beam cealing: a perfectly matching ensemble of elements that make the ambience warm, cosy and relaxed.
Ville Bencontenta develops on three floors:
on the ground floor you find a sitting room, a dining room, a large and fully equipped kitchen, a small wc, two double bedrooms with en suite bathroom.
on the first floor there is a large hall (100mq) where you can read, listen to some music, dance and the perfect and safe place for kids to play on a rainy day; there are also two bedrooms (one double and one twin) with en suite bathroom.
on the second floor there are two more bedrooms (two twins) with en suite bathroom.
Outdoor: Bencontenta features many outdoor spaces where you can relax, play, do some sports and enjoy the good weather: the garden is fenced, for your privacy and for your children's security; there is a 8m x 16m pool, also fenced, open from May to September, exclusively reserved to the guests of Bencontenta and equipped with sun umbrellas and deck chairs. There is an outbuilding overlooking the pool: a double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Finally, next to the house you find a lovely herb and vegetable garden, daily maintained by our gardener.
And, for grill aficionados, there is also a big brick barbecue on the back of the house.
