Just 1 km from the beach center and its activities, in a luxury residence with collective swimming pool (Open from 01/06 to 30/09 subject to government and prefectural decisions) and secure parking, pretty holiday pavilion including:

Entrance via well-appointed courtyard/garden not overlooked with awning, garden table and chairs, barbecue, deckchairs.

Living room/lounge with TV and 140 cm sofa bed, fully equipped open-plan kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, etc.)

Bathroom with shower; Independent WC

On the mezzanine 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with 140 cm bed and bedroom 2 with 90 cm bunk bed.

Air-conditioned pavilion.

The +: Pleasantly decorated and furnished, ideal for family holidays. Air conditioning, swimming pool, private courtyard in the pavilion.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/single bed kit: 9.00 euros/towel kit with a large and a small towel: €8.00).

This rental accepts animals - A supplement of €30 per animal/stay will be requested.

WIFI BOX rental: €39/week

You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival.
