Villa Enrica is a private villa with pool in Le Marche, set in a panoramic position among gently rolling hills typical of the region. Furnished with simplicity and functionality, this countryhouse still preserves the atmosphere of a family house, giving its guests all comforts and quiet for regenerative holidays in close contact with nature. The villa offers a breathtaking view and comfortable well equipped spaces, such as a wide porch and covered terrace, both equipped with tables and chairs, perfect for outdoor dinners. The pool has a comfortable entrance with Roman stairs and the surrounding area equipped with a gazebo and sun umbrellas is ideal to relax and take shelter during warm summer days. The property is entirely fenced-in.

The villa is set on two floors. The main entrance, located in front of the building, leads to the living area, which is divided into a spacious living room and a dining room with fireplace. Beside the dining room, you will find a well equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden, a bathroom with shower. An external staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find a small kitchenette, a living room with double sofa bed, three double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms, one with shower and the second with bathtub and shower. Upon request it's possible to add an extra bed.
