MAGNIFICENT VILLA LOCATED IN TEULADA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH SEA VIEWS AND COVERED AND PRIVATE POOL. For up to 10 guests.

LAYOUT: The CLAVELES villa has a Mediterranean style and is distributed over two floors. We access the villa through an entrance located on the first floor that gives us access to a large space where the dining room, living room and kitchen are located. The dining room is made up of a table and 6 chairs with capacity for 8 people. Behind us we find a sofa with capacity for 4 people, 1 armchair and a coffee table. Right in the corner we will find the fireplace and the TV. The open plan kitchen is also located in this space and is fully equipped with all the necessary material to prepare delicious meals. On this same floor we will have the first three bedrooms, all of them with a double bed, one of them with a shower en suite. On this floor we also have access to a bathroom with a bathtub. We will access the upper floor through the exterior staircase. Upon entering we will find a space where there is a dining table with capacity for all guests, a sofa and armchair and a TV. Just behind the dining room table, we find the second kitchen of the villa. On this floor we will find the two remaining bedrooms, both with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, one of them with a shower and bathtub and the other with a shower.

EXTERIOR: Access to the villa is through a large sliding door and we will have space to park 2 cars under a sunshade and another 2 vehicles in line. On the right side we will find an indoor pool, a large terrace is on our right. An indoor pool and sun loungers around it and a table with several chairs to enjoy the fantastic views. Both on the lower and upper terraces we will have a space reserved to enjoy outdoor meals with spectacular views of the Peñón de Ifach and the sea.

LOCATION: The Claveles village is located on the heights of Benissa where the atmosphere is very pleasant due to the vegetation of the village itself. The view is beautiful and the surroundings are very peaceful. The Claveles villa is located in a residential area that offers all the tranquility for a successful vacation. The beach is 5 min by car as well as all the amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and various activities typical of the coast.
