Brand new spacious Villa in Mikri Vigla, only 5 min to beach, with fantastic sea view. Four bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, big living room and a fantastic big modern kitchen The outdoor area offer a relaxing scenery with private pool, jacuzzi, pergola with dining and outdoor kitchen, all situated right in front of the house, so that indoor and outdoor is very well connected. Villa Unica offer a unique combination of tranquility and natural beauty, which makes it the ideal holiday destination."
The villa is distributed on 3 floors, with kitchen, pantry, living room and bathroom on the ground-floor, with big sliding terrace doors offering a fantastic view to the sea and to the pool area. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 big and one small, which also have a very nice veranda) and a bathroom. The top floor host the master bedroom, with bathroom and a really big veranda with inbuilt big corner sofa for the most incredible star watching.
In most of the bedrooms there are closet and a little working desk, so if a space for home working is necessary during vacation, a peaceful space is available.
Being a big house, we have organised several outdoor areas to be used according to various needs of the guests (sun beds, shady chairs, pool, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, dining zone. The house also has an extensive garden with beautiful local plants.
