The Argentario coastline is one of the most beautiful areas of Tuscany, with dramatic shorelines hiding small inlets, small sandy beach such as Acqua Dolce, rocky bathing areas and the famous long sandy beaches of Giannella and La Feniglia with their bars and other amenities. The Argentario offers bustling harbour towns coupled with beautiful natural landscapes.

Villa Oriana is located on the South shore of Monte Argentario overlooking a turquoise sea and beautiful sunsets. An elegant, modern structure furnished with attention to every detail, the villa is the perfect place for a Tuscan holiday.

The living area of the main house offers 10 meter high stained glass windows, an open space on two levels; comfortable seating in front of an open fireplace and a dining area. The diagonal stairs connect the two floors and lead to a study room that, via a large glass door, extends onto a shaded patio.

In the adjoining tower, we find an intimate and welcoming room characterised by its Venetian fireplace from the '700 that creates the perfect combination between classic elegance and modern minimalism. On the upper level of the 6 feet tall tower we find a clear view of the dominant sky.

The terracing work carried out on the steep terrain into the sea gave the architect the possibility of building 5 independent suites connected via terraces and gardens. Each suite is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, heating, air conditioning, intercoms, stereo system, satellite TV and Wi-Fi Internet.

Suite 1 is composed of a large living room with fireplace, a dining room, kitchen with internal patio, two double bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms with shower plus one guest bathroom with toilet and sink, and a laundry room. There is an upstairs loft with a studio room and outdoor patio and a panoramic turret with terrace. The kitchen of Suite 1 is equipped with coffee makers, toaster, kettle, grill, etc. and is considered the main kitchen.

Suite 2 is composed of a living area with kitchen corner (oven, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine), one master bedroom, one single bedroom and one bathroom with shower.

Suite 3 offers a living area with kitchen corner (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge), one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bathroom with shower.

Suite 4 offers a double bedroom, a small bathroom with shower and a kitchen corner equipped with electric plate, mini-bar and sink.

Suite 5, composed of a living area, kitchen (equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine), one double bedroom and one bathroom with shower.

There is also an open space annex that can accommodate 2 people, with kitchen corner (equipped with electric stove, fridge and sink) and one bathroom with shower.

The outdoors offer beautiful terraces, patios and a private infinity swimming pool (18x4m) with Jacuzzi and deckchairs. The shaded terraces are equipped with tables and seating, perfect for an al fresco dining and comfortable garden furniture.

There is an external lift that connects the parking with the second floor.

Facilities: Wi-Fi Internet, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, lift, intercoms, maid service 4 hours a day for 5 days per week, two linen changes (bedrooms/bathrooms) per week, gardener/pool maintenance 5 days per week; pets not allowed.
