This whitewashed property fits harmoniously to the brown-blue landscape of the island. Its traditional architectural style is combined smoothly with the modern elements prevailed in its interior and exterior. Its minimalistic design creates the simplicity and sense of tranquility. The spacious rooms are bathed with the rays of light coming from the many windows this property has and lead to a majestic view that will travel you on the waves of the Aegean Sea.

The bedrooms smell comfort and give you moments of privacy with its own independent entrance leading to an outdoor area. The exterior is another part of this glamorous villa that can’t leave you indifferent. The vast infinity swimming pool calls you to enjoy the hot summers of Greece. It is ”provencal” surrounded by wonderful lavenders, fully respecting the landscape of the estate and the Cycladic nature. While the shaded lounging area is a perfect place for enjoying a home-made dinner with your group of friends or family.

Last but not least, relax on the sunbeds and treat yourself with a glass of wine, appreciating the beauty of crystal blue waters of the Aegean Sea and the whitewashed village of Kardiani.


The Rooms
This elegant property, with a size of 133m2 , is an epitome of a luxury. The living room has a big whitewashed sofa and a wooden coffee table with designer’s chairs. While the fireplace creates the homely vibe. The living room adjoins the open kitchen area that is fully equipped with SMEG appliances and has a dining table for enjoying your meals.

A few steps down and you can find two of the 3 ensuite bedrooms with a queen size double bed respectively, A/C , a spacious wardrobe and an independent entrance that leads to the outdoor area.

A few more steps down, there is a bangalow where you can find the master bedroom with a king size double bed,A/C, wardrobe and an independent entrance that leads to the outdoor area. This bedroom has an extra space with two beds (relaxation room/auxiliary space, some guests use it for private body treatments after sports or after yoga at the nearby yoga center).

All rooms have signature toiletries from AESOP , egyptian cotton towels, bathrobes and pool towels.

Exterior
The spacious outdoor has on its premises an infinity pool(39m2) with a view to the Aegean sea and Kardiani village accompanied with sunbeds & hammock. One part of the outdoors is served as a lounge area with pergola and an outdoor dining area.



The Location
Κardiani Village, Tinos: perhaps the most beautiful village of Tinos, with impeccable sea views, springs and green everywhere, magnificent marble details at the central square. A traditional resto “taverna” and a small breakfast & coffee shop within walking distance from the House. The location is also convenient for those who want to explore beaches of Tinos. One of the nearest beaches is Ormos Yannaki that is only 5 minutes away by car from the villa.

House rules
A. Pool and general instructions
1.​Maximum pool depth is 1.5 mand minimum is 90 cm.
2.​Diving is not allowed in the pool.
3.​Before using the pool, please take a shower.
4.​Food and drinks are not allowed in the pool.
5.​The use glass objects is not allowed in pool premises. Plastic glasses and pots are available in kitchen cupboard.
6.Children should not be left unattended in pool area
7.​Pool use is not allowed from people with serious health problems.
8.​Please beware of sudden drop at the end of the estate and respect the quiet zone between 15:00-17:00 pm.


Β. Room and general instructions
1.Please do not throw toilet paper or any garbage at the toilet. Please use the bin provided.
2.​The ventilator has three (3) levels. It is recommended to use level 1 or 2. Do not forget to switch off (position off) the ventilator when leaving the room.
3.​The white and light grey towels are only for use inside the room.
4.​The dark grey and stripped towels are only for the pool.
5.​For the towel cleaning service, please place them in the stripped bins inside the room.
6.​For security reasons, please do not leave your valuables in the room. Kindly use the safe deposit box in the closets.
7.​Each bedroom has a separate key. The breakfast and living room has a separate key.
8.​Two portable Bluetooth wireless speaker BEATS PILL to be returned at check out.
