Private, fully enclosed garden with large lawn and a natural stone patio area, home to an outdoor table and chairs, plus a charcoal barbecue. Guests are also permitted to use the sun loungers and parasol and to store bicycles in the Summer House. This peaceful south-facing garden also backs onto an apple orchard and has lovely countryside views.

The maximum occupancy for this property is two guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by one additional infant
Hen and Stag parties are not permitted, though other same sex groups can enquire
Commercial and work related bookings are not permitted
Events are not permitted without prior consent
