This house has a peculiarity, it is two united houses that make up one. Both houses have the same distribution, on one floor it is distributed in a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The houses have an area, not counting exteriors, of 120 and 70 m2. Both living rooms have sofas, a TV and are spacious and bright. The kitchen in the largest house is separate from the living room and the other is an American kitchen. Although both are fully equipped with what is necessary for the use of guests, since among other things, it has a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchenware, toaster, ceramic hob, etc.
As for the bedrooms, there are four, two for each house, and they all have double beds. There are two bathrooms, one for each house, both being independent and having showers.
Outside there is a swimming pool, where you can swim and cool off, large garden areas with grass and garden furniture, including a barbecue where you can hang out with family or friends.
The house is completely fenced, offering security. Its great location, very close to Huelva capital, makes it possible to be close to shops and businesses in just a few minutes.
