Sumptuous house of 140 m2 ideally located in the Salis beaches district, a few steps from the sea. This villa is composed as follows:

- Bedroom 2 with 2 pull-out beds 90x200 cm, desk and storage
- Bedroom 3 with double bed 140x200 cm, storage
- Terrace of approximately 15 m2 adjoining bedroom 3
- Shower room in the hallway with sink
- Independent toilets in the corridor
Outside is:
- Swimming pool (safety barriers will be installed when booking)
- Petanque

Pool house in the garden type T2 of 30 m2 in the independent garden:
- Living room with 140x200 cm sofa bed, TV
- Kitchenette open to living room with fridge, microwave, filter coffee machine
- Shower room with toilet and sink + washing machine
- Bedroom 4 with double bed 140X200 cm, storage and exterior access.
The house has internet, air conditioning in the bedrooms, access to the private unheated swimming pool.
Items for children will be left available (toilet reducer, potty, travel cot without sheets, games)
## Access
Guests have access to the entire house.
## Interaction
Travelers will need to contact our agency to arrange an appointment to collect the keys. A person will come and welcome them and show them the villa and its features.
Throughout their stay, the agency will remain available to travelers to ensure the smooth running of their vacation.
Arrivals are between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m., please contact the agency if you wish to arrive outside these times.
Departures are at 10 a.m., please contact the agency to see if a late departure is possible.
##Neighborhood
The villa is ideally located in the family neighborhood of La Salis, 350m from the port of La Salis. You can therefore enjoy going to the beach just at the end of the street, going to the beach bistro (650m), or the old town of Antibes (2 km).
A little more about the Salis district? It is near the center of Antibes, Salis beach is one of the closest to the city with Ponteil beach. Its location makes it one of the most popular beaches in the area since you can in the same day both visit and discover the local history and culture by strolling through the streets of Antibes, and also relax. on the sand of a beautiful beach to enjoy the sun and the setting offered by the Mediterranean.
This beach is often appreciated by tourists since its water is turquoise and pleasant for swimming with a sandy bottom which gradually descends into the water. In addition, it is constantly monitored during the summer period to guarantee everyone's safety during this moment of relaxation.
##Notes
The house does not accept evenings and asks to respect the neighborhood during quiet hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.).
The house is entirely non-smoking.
Linen is provided on arrival, if you would like a change of sheets or mid-stay cleaning, please contact the agency to obtain a quote.
When going out, the trash must be taken out and the dishes done.
Remember to always supervise your children with the swimming pool available, they are the responsibility of the parents.
